They've brought back (not that it ever completely died) the narrative that men are dangerous and women are helpless victims. I know this one well, having been raised by a feminist and having been subjected to them everywhere including the workplace. The idea is to divide and keep you on edge and walking on egg shells. An effective way to control people, unless you are hip to their game.
Currently that narrative is taking multiple forms; including Trump saying he grabs women by their private parts; understand he's not in trouble for doing it, just for talking about it. That's how dangerous it is. And of course we have this sudden need to really keep an eye on men on college campuses because of course they're all rapists or potential rapists. I know that's not what they say explicitly, but we all know that's what they mean.
What people don't realize about this hype and propaganda, propaganda that coincided with Hillary Clinton's run for President, is that no one cares what effect it will have on their sons and brothers and fathers. Sure they're worried about their daughters and moms, but not so much about their sons and brothers.
Very telling.
Assholes.
